Application Form Download (36 KB MS Word format)........

In addition to specific posts which are advertised here and in the national press, RDRS is now seeking to recruit, after due selection process, capable, qualified and committed women staff for various aspects of its programme work, in the field in northwest Bangladesh, in Rangpur and, in exceptional cases, Dhaka. This is our organisational policy intended to rectify an imbalance in our present staffing levels and to encourage a more equitable gender balance (a present around 30% of our 1,500 staff are women).

For this reason, women staff can aspire to a promising career within RDRS. With this large and respected large NGO, there is scope to take initiative, to assume challenging tasks, and to advance your career. In recent years, women staff have received positive discrimination in terms of training opportunities (inside and outside the country). RDRS also has an organisational environment conducive to women staff and sympathetic policy of employment.

For Categories A, B and C below, RDRS invites applications from suitably qualified/experience women from north-western Bangladesh (north of Tangail). Category D is open to all regardless of their home location. RDRS offers a remuneration package comparable to other national NGOs.
