RDRS continued on its programme of facility development. There was further work on the impressive complex in Rangpur town, comprising the offices, the North Bengal Institute (NBI) and guesthouse, the Begum Rokeya Auditorium and other facilities. Across the working area, office-cum-training centres are being constructed and nine such centres have already been completed. Designed and erected using the characteristic redbrick architecture of RDRS, these buildings are both aesthetically pleasing and utilitarian in nature. Once completed, these centres are used for the benefit of the RDRS group members by creating a positive environment for skills' training.
