In special situations, Directors/Coordinators/Sr. Programme Manager may authorise change/ adjustment in meal times but the Caretaker/Cook must be notified in advance. Unless a special arrangement is made, meals will not be served after these meal times. |

Other Facilities: TV/Video, Library: All Guests may use these facilities. TVs should be operated at low volume if used between 2200-0800 hrs and not at all between midnight and 0600 am to avoid disturbing other guests. Books in the Guest House Library may be read and returned. Guests are encouraged to donate books to the libraries. |

Pool table and exercise machine may be used on payment as per rate available at Rangpur. |
|
Use of Internet : Tk 50/- per hour. |
|
Service Charge & Government VAT will be applicable in every Bill. |

B. RDRS TRAINING FACILITIES operate at Rangpur North Bengal Institute, Thakurgaon, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Nageswari, Pirganj, Panchagarh, Nilphamari and Dhaka.
Modest rural training facilities are also available at virtually all RDRS Upazila Offices in Panchagarh, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat and Kurigram Districtd. |

C. RDRS-supported Union Federations also have rural community centres available in 180 Unions which can also be made available for hire, via RDRS.
These training facilities are available for appropriate organisations for hire. RDRS also arranges to run customised training courses using its own trainers, upon demand.

D. RDRS North Bengal Institute (NBI) welcomes you to Rangpur town - the heart of northwest Bangladesh.
The NBI offers you exclusive and homely accommodation, food and beverage (non-alcoholic) and modern conference, workshop, and meeting facilities.
The NBI Guesthouse is uniquely equipped to make your stay comfortable. There are 24 twin-bed rooms for single or double occupancy.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated with necessary furniture and equipment. Each room has an attached bath/shower with hot and cold water, self-operated air conditioner, PABX telephone and Satellite TV. Every floor has a long and spacious corridor with sitting facilities. There is a big lobby furnished with a large-screen TV, computer and reading materials. There is a spacious dinning hall with outdoor and rooftop buffet facility. Laundry service is available on payment while self-service ironing facility is available in every floor. Telephone and e-mail services are available.
The Begum Rokeya Auditorium, designed for conference/meeting for 350 participants, is well equipped with multi-media projector, overhead projector, slide projector, TV, VCP, video camera and photographic facilities both digital and still (on request). |
